The late week New Moon is generating astronomically high tides now, and into the weekend.
High tides on Saturday will be around 12 feet just before midday. Fortunately winds will be light along the coast, so there will be few water related problems. However, typically vulnerable areas will likely see some minor flooding.
Tide levels will begin to subside during the second half of the weekend.
