Morning low temperatures on Wednesday began in the single digits, and only translated to highs in the teens by afternoon. Expect more of the same on Thursday, with morning lows starting off on either side of zero. Keep in mind it will be breezy during the day, so with highs in the teens again, wind chill values will feel more like the single digits. That’s despite abundant sunshine!
Clouds will increase on Friday as a storm takes shape offshore. We’ll just be on its northern edge, however.
Still, a batch of light and fluffy snow will overspread the area after dark Friday. That snow will continue off and on Friday night, mainly south of Boston. Most places will just see a dusting-1″ of fluffy snow.
After the snow ends by early Saturday morning clouds will give way to partial afternoon clearing.
